About Us
Indican Immigrations was started by Puja Verma in 2011, after she took over the practice from D.K.Immigrations owned and run by Mr. Darshan Khaira RCIC who had built a very reputed and trusted practice over many years. Puja had obtained her License while working with Mr. Khaira during the process of taking over.
Puja graduated in Economics honours from Delhi University, India and moved to Canada in 1990. She worked in the travel industry in Canada for a few years and then with D.K. Immigration Services for a couple of years. Mr. Khaira wanted to retire and mentored Puja as he thought she was a worthy successor to his legacy. Puja completed her Immigration Practitioner Program from Bow Valley College, Calgary and obtained her License from the regulatory body now known as CICC.
She has been a registered ICCRC member ( R420935) and in good standing since then. Subsequently she also obtained her Fellow Canadian Migration Institute (FCMI) designation, and her Fellowship number is F095656.

Maneesh Goswami joined Indican Immigrations team in 2015, after he moved from The Philippines. Maneesh is an Industrial Electronics Engineer from University of Pune, India and has extensive experience in customer service and operations across industries like Airlines, Banks and Business process outsourcing in India and the Philippines. Before moving to Canada, he was the Country Manager for a large US based financial services company. He was mentored by Puja and completed his Certificate in Immigration, Laws, Policies and Procedures program from the University of British Columbia in 2017 and obtained his RCIC Licence in 2018 (R528160). He too has been a member in good standing since then.
